Audit Report Signing Ceremony for 2024 Held at the Company’s Head Office

Last week, a formal ceremony for the signing of the 2024 audit report was held at the head office of OJSC “TGEM”, marking a significant and truly historic milestone for the company. The successful completion of the international audit conducted by one of the “Big Four” firms — Deloitte — represents an important step in TGEM’s strategic development and confirms the company’s compliance with high international standards.

The signing ceremony was attended by the company’s management and Deloitte partners. Department directors and members of the finance department who made a substantial contribution to the preparation of the financial statements and the audit process were also invited to the event.

As part of the ceremony, employees who demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsibility, and dedication throughout the international audit process were awarded letters of appreciation and commemorative gifts.
